Try The World- Paris Box

5 590 views

I am loving this new trend of food subscription boxes! For the longest I’ve only known about the beauty/fashion boxes, but as soon as I heard that there was a box that would send me food from different parts of the world; I was too excited!Try the worldMeet Try the World. Try the World is a subscription box service that sends you a box of gourmet foods from a different part of the world every two months.  It’s amazing! The theme of the box is usually a city or country, and the theme of my first box was  the Try the World-Paris box! I could go on and on about my love for Paris and my dream to spend a year living there and enrolling in cooking classes, but I’ll spear you. Just know that the thought of receiving gourmet foods from Paris had me so ecstatic I even made a video about it, lol!Try The World foodsI loved all of the items that came in my box.I felt that with the accompaniment of the culture guide brochure and the product post card every item of food seemed to be true to Paris. Click  here to get $15 off your first box!french caramels caramelsI loved getting candy in my box and these French caramels were absolutely delicious! Normally I’m not too found of caramel chews, but I found these to be the perfect balance of sweetness. french-butter-cookiesI also loved these cookies; which reminded me of the holiday Christmas cookies that came in a tin that I used to eat when I was a child. They were very buttery, and again had the perfect balance of sweetness. I drizzled them with some melted chocolate 🙂french-jam-and-honeydijon-mustard-and-finishing-saltThe best part of the box hands down had to be getting the jam, honey, finishing salt, and Dijon mustard. These are all items that I am excited to cook with and come up with new recipes. That Dijon mustard was honestly the best Dijon mustard I have ever tasted! Paris BoxI really enjoyed getting this box! I’m on a quest to learn how to make at least one dish from another country, and Try The World will definitely help that! Head on over to the website to sign up and get your first box. For $39 every two months you will get a box of gourmet foods from a new country! And if that isn’t incentive enough to sign up; I have a link here where you can get $15 off of your first box!

Lol! I could eat anything. My boyfriend is a picky eater too, and it was funny to watch him try all the food. I also realized that the box would make for great gifts for the holidays if I ever got something I didn’t like.
