Whenever I order takeout, I always have to get Mongolian Beef! It’s one of my favorite dishes, and I love the sweet and salty flavor of the tender, juicy pieces of beef. I started making Mongolian Beef at home not too long ago in order to make it the way I love to eat it. This recipe is so satisfying because the beef is nutrient-rich and provides high-quality protein!

Three or four times out of the week, I usually wake up around 5 a.m. and go for a run to the grocery store to pick up dinner for that night. The grocery store is about a mile from my house, and it’s a great way for me to get some exercise in while avoiding a mad rush after work. I’ll grab all the ingredients I need to make dinner, and run back home to get ready for work. Saves me so much time because I can head home after work and get to cooking!

I partnered up with Beef. It’s What’s For Dinner. You may remember my Jamaican Jerk Beef Meatballs, which inspired me to make this Mongolian Beef because it’s a recipe that can be made in 30 minutes or less. Eating beef for dinner is one of my favorite ways to fuel my stamina for the next day. When you eat a delicious, filling dinner, you wake up feeling energized and ready to conquer the day ahead.

Beef always keeps me satisfied. I love its rich flavor. I like to use lean beef because it’s a high-quality protein and a smart choice for weight management. It’s been working out really well in my fitness and diet regimen.

To make this recipe I picked up beef sirloin that was already cut into pieces for stir fry from my local grocery store. You don’t need too many ingredients for this recipe, just some soy sauce, brown sugar and green onions. I garnished with more green onions and sesame seeds, which are completely optional. Boil some rice and it takes 30 total minutes to have this recipe finished. Super delicious, filling and perfect for fueling day-to-day stamina and strength. Grab the recipe below.
