I LOVE sushi! Probably has a little something to do with it consisting of my all time favorite food.. rice, but besides that it’s just so damn good! I decided to check out Robata Jinya yesterday because I was hungry and in the mood for some good quality sushi. I’ve actually been eyeing this place for a while because I’ve heard such great things about it, and it did not disappoint.
One thing to note.. their lunch specials are amazing! You can get a lot of sushi for a really good price. I ordered the Chef’s Special which came with miso soup, salad, tempura, and the option to choose 4 rolls from a list. The rolls that I ended up choosing were the Chilean Sea Bass, the Crunch Roll, the California Roll, and the Jinya Roll. All of them were really good, but my two favorites were the Chilean Sea Bass and the Crunch Roll. They also have Ramen on their menu, and I will defintely be back to try it. It’s just been super hot in LA these past few days so I figured yesterday was not a good day for it; especially since I sat outside.
This is a sushi spot that you definitely have to check out, especially during lunch! It’s a perfect spot for meeting up with the girls, and even better for a romantic date night. You won’t be disappointed!
