This creamy & delicious eggnog latte is the perfect holiday cocktail to go with your chocolate chip cookies.

As the holiday season approaches, every year I’m always reminded of how much I love cookies. Suddenly they seem to appear everywhere… in colorful holiday tins, at the checkout aisle in the grocery store, and even at the office for no reason other than to spread some holiday cheer. One of my favorite types of cookies are chocolate chip cookies, and if there’s a glass of milk to accompany them; I find them to be irresistible!

Inspired by their delicious Cookies and looking for a delicious pairing of my own, I thought that this rumchata eggnog latte recipe would go perfectly with the Cookies! A step up above from milk, eggnog is always a hit during the holiday season, and with the addition of rum liqueur becomes the perfect “adult milk and cookies.” To make this delicious cocktail, all you need is some eggnog, rum cream liqueur and espresso. Mix them all together and pour over some ice in a glass! That’s it! Super simple, and ready for you to dunk your chocolate chip cookies in.
