Happy Friday everyone!

So this something knew on Ev’s Eats, but today we are stepping away from the food and diving into my world outside of the kitchen. Shocking, I know. But I definitely wanted to show you guys what I like to do when I’m not cooking. Over the last couple of months I’ve done some traveling to Puerto Rico, The Cayman Islands and Mexico so I will be sharing some photos, videos, vlogs, and dedicated posts to travel so be on the lookout for those. I’m all about eating well, having adventures in food, and enjoying life so I definitely want to include you guys as well.

Anyhoo!!! On to the event!

So, if you’re thinking I was invited to this event because I’m such a cool blogger ( I wish that was the case) But HA! it’s not. I was lucky enough to win tickets to the Adidas 747 Warehouse st just by entering their giveaway they hosted on Twitter. I didn’t actually think I would win, but one morning an email came to my inbox letting me know I had won tickets to day 1! I couldn’t have been more excited especially since it took place during All Star Weekend which also happened to be in LA this year.

The event itself was amazing! I love the streetwear culture and basketball is my favorite sport so it was the best of both worlds. The visual art and graphics they had were so dope! The basketball courts (3 of them) had some really cool colors, and Alexander Wang even created a marble court! He also introduced Pusha T before he came out to perform. SICK!! Besides shopping for some new released sneakers, the performances hands down were the best. Day 1 had Tory Lanez, Pusha T, French Montana, and N.E.R.D.!!! It has been a lifelong goal of mine to see N.E.R.D/Pharrell perform and the fact that I got to see both for FREE was AMAZING. This just goes to show guys, don’t be afraid to enter giveaways! The worst that can happen is emails from subscribing and you can always unsubscribe if you don’t win. LOL
