Dinner is ready in no time with this easy one pan Honey Glazed Salmon Sheet Pan Dinner. Stress free and clean up is a breeze!
Sheet pan dinners are quickly becoming one of my favorite ways to get dinner ready. Its just so convenient to have all my components for dinner made in one pan all at one time. Most times I just set it in the oven, and forget about it until my timer goes off.I’ve been having a lot of fun coming up with different combinations of proteins and vegetables for my sheet pan dinners, and this Honey Glazed Salmon Sheet Pan Dinner is one of my best creations yet! I took Damn Delicious’ recipe for the honey glazed salmon because it’s one of my favorites and combined it with two of my favorite vegetables right now, brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes. I seasoned the salmon with some salt, pepper, flour, honey, and lime zest then seared it in a skillet on each side for about 1 minute before transferring it to the middle of the sheet pan. Then on opposite sides of the salmon I placed the cut up sweet potatoes and brussels sprouts. I then seasoned both with salt and pepper, a drizzle of olive oil, and into the oven the whole thing went! Check out my video recipe showing how to assemble the whole pan.
Hope you guys enjoy this sheet pan dinner! Check out my Chicken Bowl recipe for another super easy sheet pan dinner! <3 -Evi
Honey Glazed Salmon Sheet Pan Dinner
Dinner is ready in no time with this easy one pan Honey Glazed Salmon Sheet Pan Dinner. Stress free and clean up is a breeze!
Ingredients
Salmon:
- 4 salmon filets
- salt and freshly black pepper, to taste
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Zest of 1 lime
Brown Butter Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Juice of 1 lime
- salt and black pepper, to taste

Sweet Potatoes:
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into long strips, about 1/4 wide
- salt and pepper to taste
- drizzle of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- To make the browned butter lime sauce, melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, whisking constantly, until the the butter begins to turn a golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the garlic, honey and lime juice, salt and pepper, to taste; set aside.
- Season salmon with salt and pepper to taste, then dredge each salmon filet with a tablespoon of flour. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon honey.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add salmon to the skillet and sear both sides until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat, and place each piece of salmon skin side down into the center of a large baking sheet.
- On opposite sides of the salmon, add the brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes. Season both with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to combine.
- Bake in the oven @400 degrees for 15- 2o min. To avoid salmon from overcooking remove it from the baking sheet 5-10 minutes before the vegetables have finished cooking.
