Hey Guys! I hope you all are having a great weekend!
I recently posted a picture on my Instagram of a tomato salad that I made for lunch last week, and it got so many likes and requests for me to share the recipe… so here you have it! This 5 Minute Tomato Salad couldn’t be any easier. I just grabbed some cherry tomatoes, diced them in half and tossed them with some garlic, red onions, fresh parsley, salt, pepper, fresh lemon juice, and olive oil. It’s such a versatile salad because it can be eaten on its own, served on grilled bread with mozzarella or burrata, or as a side dish to a meal. The possibilities are endless!
I would love to hear how you would eat/serve this salad! Comment below, and thanks for reading! Xx

August 30, 2015Thank you 🙂 I personally love the taste of raw garlic, but if you find it overpowering you can always leave it out or saute before adding it to the salad!
